We use information only for internal ecommerce operations, including order monitoring, product management, fulfillment follow-up, store performance analysis, and operational reporting. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with unauthorized third parties.

Data storage location

TikTok Shop data processed by our system is stored and processed in the United States. We do not store TikTok Shop user data in China.

Access control

Access to TikTok Shop data is restricted to authorized internal staff. We use role-based permissions so employees can only access stores and data assigned to them. Administrative permissions are limited to authorized management personnel.

Security measures

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including HTTPS transmission, account authentication, role-based access control, server access restrictions, and regular permission reviews.

Retention and deletion
